Availability

• At each article it shows if it is available or not. If an article is not on stock we can order it for you. In that case, we will inform you by email what the expected delivery time will be.

Order

• Click on the items you wish to order and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon. The selected items appear in the shopping cart at the right side of the page. Once you have completed your order, you click on ‘submit order’. Follow the next 5 steps to finalize your order. Once finalized, we will reserve the items for you and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment

• The settlement of orders for customers outside The Netherlands can only be made by bank transfer to ZiGi’s bank account of which you find the details below and on the email order confirmation. ZiGi does not reimburse customers for any bank imposed processing fees.

  Please mention the order number at the payment. Payment must be done within 7 days after the order. During these days we reserve the items for you. If we do not receive your payment within 7 days, the reserved items will be put on sale again. Once we have received your payment, the order will be shipped.

Shipping

 

• Orders are shipped by TNT Express. Delivery charges depend on the weight and size of the product.
  Large articles like beds and cupboards can only be shipped inside The Netherlands.

Cancellation and returns

• You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. In order to do so send ZiGi an email at info@zigi.nl, quoting your order reference number, to cancel your order (or any part of it) and then returning the item to ZiGi by post to this address:

  This is subject to the following conditions:

• You are responsible for returning the item to ZiGi.

• You will be responsible for the costs of return (unless the item is faulty).
  

• The item must be unused (other than to the extent reasonably necessary to examine the item), in its original condition with all tags attached and returned with its packaging.

  You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days.

• At ZiGi we are committed to maintaining your privacy. We ask for your name, address, telephone number, delivery address, e-mail address. This allows us to process and complete your order.
  Non disclosure of information collected. We will not disclose or pass on any information that we collect about you except for third-parties for goods delivery purposes.
